Too often key business decisions are based on bad data that undermines success. Not only does this compromise the bottom line, but it also hurts morale. When your team tries solutions that miss the mark because they are designed around inaccurate information, they feel depleted and defeated.
It's not uncommon for leaders to feel fearful when forecasts are off and they're losing the confidence of their colleagues.
We often meet team members who are stressed. They have implemented the requested strategies but don't achieve desired results.

We will collect your data from throughout the value chain, categorize it and clean it.
We will map the current value chain against the ideal value chain, and then implement new process flows.

When you follow our six step process, your future will be built on accurate data rather than hunches, group-think, or outdated and misunderstood information.

Early in my career, I was tasked with improving the results of field services for a repair company. Everybody could tell me what the problems were and what was causing these issues, yet no one could show me any data about what was causing the problem.
I tried to work with the bad information, but it wasn’t usable, categorized properly, or searchable. There was no real taxonomy, so it was nearly impossible to find patterns, let alone glean insights that would shore up efficiencies and save the company money.
Needless to say, not only was I frustrated, but I was under pressure to explain why the results I was getting from revised processes were not what I expected.
That’s when I started asking questions about what information we were really collecting. I found out that our automated report on which I relied didn’t reflect what was truly happening with our agents on the ground.
I knew the data was flawed. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s when I began developing the 6-Steps To Data Clarity. I used this method to save the major retailer where I worked 4.6 Million annually.
To say that I suddenly understood the power of working with the right data is an understatement.
For the past 20 years, I’ve been refining the Data Clarity system, so that I can help more business leaders feel the confidence that comes from knowing, not hoping, that the value chain is not only solid but also optimized.
